TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:This is to certify that Mr. Liang is a member of IEMC (Institute of Education for Mass Communication) since 1992. To the best of my knowledge, Mr. liang has been a senior lecturer teaching in the Dept. of Mass Communication, Beijing University since the beginning of 1994.
