如图，想求教下：
这样的房顶换上去大抵估算规模是多少呢？（资料瓦片选中等价位）而且烟囱似乎也需求换，这个会与换屋顶算在一同仍是属于独自一项工程呢？窗子需求换成double glazed的，这样的窗子换上去大略需求多少估算？似乎窗框选木头或塑料价位会不同？以及 常常听到的pvc到底是甚么哪？房子的大抵状况是这样的，semi-detached改建的一室，不肯定屋顶是否包罗先后左边三面。附上刚上去的survey讲演里无关屋顶的具体内容(评级均为3)：
E1 Chimney stacks:
There is a multi flue chimney stack located above the part wall. Chimney pots have been subject to frost damage and could fall from the building in high wind
There are some areas of weathered brickwork pointing which will allow penetrating damp into the flues.

Overhaul the chimney stack. Renew damaged chimney pots. Leave weathertight.
E2 Roof coverings:
The pitched roof has been covered with natural slate. Slating is in a poor condition. Many slates have been temporary held in position with metal straps(tingles). Any slates falling from the building could cause personal injury and damage to property.
The flat roofs have been covered with bitumen felt. The felt is in a poor condition. There will be a serious risk of rot within the flat roof structures.

Strip and recover all roofs i妹妹ediately.
F1 Roof structure:
We were unable to inspect the roof structure. The top floor rooms are located partly within the roof space. There will be a significant risk of rot within roof timbers given the poor condition of the roof coverings.
Reco妹妹endations:
Plan for repair, partial renewal and treatment of all roof timbers in conjunction with re-roofing.

既然是改建的one bed flat，这些屋顶烟囱的保护跟你不妨事，那是freeholder的事件。
换窗，最佳也看看你freeholder出的leasehold guide，看看是属于他换，仍是你换，仍是一人一半。

you will need to speak to other freeholders about your window frame choices. ppl may not like PVC style. double glazing sash window is the preferred one.

for your further questions, depends on your lease. they will probably not share the cost, but you have to reach an agreement with them for the appearance. a unified appearance and well maintained house is good for all freeholders.
