楼主能够去看看本人的银行有无building and content insurance，有些银行会给本人的用户有折扣的。

已经原告知只有跟墙连在一同拿不走的都算是building insurance cover的规模，包罗shower。。。所以我感觉应该是算在内的。。。集体猜测。。。lz能够随意找个银行去问一下是否cover，银行都有building insurance滴;P
还有人已经引见过阿谁british gas的一个service，是收费给反省boiler的，而后有任何问题均可以间接找他们，lz能够钻研下假如想要cover boiler的话。。。
偶也在苦苦寻觅insurance中，觉得差别太大了。。。就像先选一个廉价的可以顺利exchange contract就行-了，当前有其余好的deal再换，听说insurance都有40多天的change mind的时间;P
