最近买了一个1 bed flat在伦敦2区。主要需要的工程包括
-厨房 3mx3m： 推到厨房和客厅的墙； 厨房重新tiling, 去除所有existing cabinets and appiances， 新做一个L shaped kitchen, 新的sink, dish washer, washing machine, 可能要挪动oven和hobs的位置
厕所3mx2m：tiling, 新的toilet, bathtub, sink, shower screen, backsplash, caninet, electronic towel rail-卧室4mx3m 新的carpeting
请问大家有没有好的builder可以推荐， 或者知道每个房间大概多少人工费用？ 原材料我们自己买

厨房人工费在1500镑至2000镑之间，厕所人工费在1500镑左右，卧室人工费在80镑，有兴趣可以跟我联系
