第三届海峡两岸少年儿童美术大展作品征集已正式开始。
征稿主题：季·节
季——四季
春夏秋冬，既天然界的周而复始，又是人生的生长变迁；咱们人生的不同阶段，喜怒哀乐，情感的四季潮起潮落；充溢着不同的颜色和内容。
节——节日
包涵了不同地区的文明风俗和不同春秋段得巴望和期待。民族的节日、国度的节日、世界的节日、每集体本人的节日……都有值得记念的故事在产生。
季和节的每一个天，生命舞动着旋律，给回想留下重叠的颜色。用你手中的画笔，告知咱们，你生命里的“季”和“节”。
征集时间：20十一年7月1日－十一月30日
征集媒材：任何媒材的立体美术创作方式都可。
组别：A组：幼儿园、B组：小学1－3年级、C组：小学4－6年级、D组：中学

Considering the difficulties for oversea families, the organizer adjusted the qualification requirements for oversea kids.
For the preliminary evaluation, you can just send the scanned images. If any projects are selected, they then need to be sent to China for second round and exhibition.
Due to the privacy concerns raised by parents in US, no photos is required for the qualification of preliminary evaluation.
The requirement for the dimension of the art is flexible.
