The property is available to let on a new full repairing and
insuring lease at a rent of £4,532,500 per annum. Alternatively,
the property is available to purchase at a price of £114,415,000.
VAT is payable in addition to the prices quoted above.

The property has been assessed for Business Rate purposes
as follows:
