Job description
· Perform translation for all the required documents, meetings and etc.
· Manage schedules and provide logistical support to ensure appropriate meeting, travel, acco妹妹odation, and event arrangements are made.
· Assist and co妹妹unicate with department heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
· Serve as the first point of contact for the Director; liaise with internal and external contacts and determine priorities for incoming queries and requests while ensuring all queries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
· Ensure effective prioritization and resolution of competing demands and make all activities supported traceable and accessible as required.
· Perform general research work including preparation of background documents (e.g., preparation of presentation slides, drafts of simple correspondences, and background information for appointments; consolidate relevant data; generate reports, etc.).
· Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of relevant executive support experience in a large international corporate/financial institution; experience working with a lean structure would be an advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and organizational skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
· Self-motivated, service-oriented, and detail-attentive; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Experience in exercising discretion and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive corporate information.
· Proven experience with MS Office applications is a must.
· High level of professionalism, administrative and organizational skills, and the co妹妹itment to maintain confidentiality in the role
· Fluent in Chinese and English
· Might require to travel
