We are a professional beauty and skin care salon based in Epsom, South West London. We are looking to recruit several highly motivated and professional beauty therapists to join our team and develop the business moving forward, we are also recruiting several newly qualified beauty students to join our team.
Our treatments presently range from hot waxing, threading, eyelashes extension, and eyebrow microblading to a range of specialist massage techniques and non-invasive facials. The customer is at the heart of our business and delivering a 1st class customer service is paramount. It is equally important to have excellent treatment standards as it is to have excellent customer service standards. We will require our therapist to deliver our customer ethos and assist in creating initiatives to provide a unique and bespoke customer service for the business . The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following:
• A Diploma in Beauty Therapy (minimum level 3) with a minimum of 2 years industry experience, (newly qualified students with lower level can be considered).
• Excellent co妹妹unication skills and a friendly and caring personality
• Ability to work within a team as well as work on your own initiative
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passion and drive for helping clients achieve their desired results
• A confident attitude
