Gill said: “The Society and College of Radiographers has a vital role to play in industrial relations, finance and professional policy for radiographers and other allied health professionals. Being elected as Vice President is both an honour and a privilege and my aim is to use my knowledge and experience of radiography for the benefit of my profession.”
Gill continued: “Being a member of the presidential team enables me to work alongside high-profile staff from other organisations and to have the opportunity to represent my profession at a policy and decision-making level. This, in turn, benefits my work within the University as it enables me to be completely up-to-date with what is happening both within my profession and the NHS as a whole.”
