St Mary's College, was founded in 1850 at Brook Green, Hammersmith, as a teacher training college. It transferred to Strawberry Hill in 1925. While the college falls under the Roman Catholic Church, through the Catholic Education Service, applications from any faith are welcome. The college aims to provide a framework for students to develop their academic, moral, physical, professional and spiritual potential and to contribute to the development of the college.
Courses are available in biology, business administration, classical studies, drama/theatre, education/teaching, English/literature, environmental sciences, environmental studies, geography, history, Irish studies, media studies, philosophy/religion, physical education, psychology, sociology, sports rehabilitation and sport science.
