MSc Human Resource Management
这个专业虽然可以接受转专业申请，但是更倾向录取本科社会科学类专业的学生，最好能有一定的管理成份，比如商务、社会学、心理学、政治、旅游、经济、教育、历史、地理、法律等等。
本科非社科专业的，必须学过一定的HR科目，比如HRM，组织行为学、组织心理学、劳动法等等。
MSc Accounting and Financial Management
这个专业要求本科必须为会计金融专业。本科课程中至少有一半左右的管理、会计、金融等相关课程。
非相关专业的话，有1-2年相关工作经验，或者通过了ACCA 或 CIMA也可以。
MSc Global Marketing
这个专业可以接受转专业，本科任何专业都能申请，但是会优先录取市场、管理、商务等专业背景的学生。
MSc International Buisness
这个专业也是可以接受转专业，本科任何专业都能申，但是会优先录取管理、金融、会计、经济、商务、社科等专业背景的学生。
MA Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
这个专业要求本科为相关专业背景，包括但不限于：英语、英国文学、语言学、应用语言学、翻译、教育，其他专业但学过6门相关课程的学生也可以申请。
注意：
1）本科专业背景不相符的，建议申请这几个专业：
MA Education
MA Education and Social Justice
MA Global and International Citizenship Education
MA Psychology in Education
2）有1年及以上工作经验的学生，建议申请这个专业：
MA Applied Linguistics for English Language Teaching
MSc Social Media and Management
这个专业要求本科社科、管理、商务等相关专业背景的学生申请。但是专业背景卡得不是特别严格，一些条件特别好的非相关专业的学生也可以申请。
约克大学可谓是对双非同学最友好的英国大学之一，除商科以外的其他所有专业，对双非学生基本都一视同仁，均分 80 以上都可以申请。
针对商学院内的专业，约克大学把国内院校划分为4个等级，Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, 以及 Tier 4，Tier 1 有115所院校，Tier 2 中有196所院校，Tier 3名单中有244所院校，其他院校均为 Tier 4。
针对Tier 1中的学校，均分要求 75+；
Tier 2中的院校，均分要求 82+；
Tier 3中的院校，均分要求 85+；
Tier 4中的院校，均分要求 88+。
