current procedure:
make application from gov site and make payment.book appointment in any of visa center in uk.u can:upload the scan of all relevant docs yourself.pay 45 pounds to let officer scan the docs for you when attending the appointmentbring all original docs to attend your appointment.ps. if you pay that extra 800 pounds for superpriority queue, you will normally receive the result within 1 or 2 days after your appointment (and get the physical card within about a week). otherwise, you may need to wait for up to 6 months (normally between 3 and 6 months).

whose name do you want to have on the ILR? whoever on that list need to turn up, as fingerprint and picture will be taken on the scene.
