有两个对于网上填表的问题，但愿大神们能帮助看一下。
Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner (including as a fiance(e) or proposed civil partner)? 这个我了解的是第一次请求配偶签证，或者第一次配偶续签要写Yes吧？是否第二次和屡次续签才写No.
在Finance里，我是employed by the same employer for the last 6 months prior to the date of application写的Yes, 而后What do they earn有四个选项：
1.The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount.
2.The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount.
3.Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount.
4.Not the same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount.
我在过来六个月里涨了两次工资，还有overtime（我不打算把overtime也算上，由于要按non-salaried 来计算太费事，并且根本工资早超了最低要求），所以annual income before tax 好几个月都纷歧样，但都高于18600。我是选1 仍是3？
