7月19号10年永居面签过了，非常感激这里的敌人们的帮忙，小弟有两个问题仍旧非常困惑，以前有发帖子问过，然而没有失掉确定的谜底：
配景引见：
1，十年永居以前小弟拿的是t2签证，老婆拿的是t2 dependant（2020年7月到期），老婆在19年9月就能签10年永居了。
2，孩子16年出世，一开始就没打算给他拿英国身份，所以在请求永居前两个月给孩子办了中国护照，等着拿到永居给他管理英国签证
问题：
1，小弟十年永居拿到后，t2按理说应该曾经过时了，我的了解是老婆的t2 dependant也过时了，所以要马上给他换flr(m), 以前征询过一些敌人，有两种回答：
1），不需求换flr(m),能够始终拿t2 dependant签证到明年请求10年永居
2），需求换，由于我走的是10年永居途径，而不是t2 5年永居途径，假如是后者则能够不需求换flr(m)
想在这里double check一下，究竟需不需求换，我有读dependant guidance, 外面有写：
. If the main migrant changes employer or educational institution, and is therefore issued with a new certificate of sponsorship and applying for leave to remain to work or study under their new
sponsor, dependants do not have to apply with them for leave to remain. Instead PBS dependants can remain in the UK until the end of the validity period of their existing PBS dependant leave. They can later apply for leave to remain to bring their leave in line with the leave of the PBS migrant.
然而这里并无说假如main migrant变为永居了该怎么办。。。。
2，孩子能够间接请求flr(m)吗？能够独自请求吗？我only apply了flr(m),选的child, 间接报错说不成以请求flr(m), 完了自动转到flr(fp)的页面
Use form FLR(M) if your parent has permission to stay in the UK (‘limited leave to remain’):
as a partner settling in 2 years
as a partner settling in 5 years
Use form FLR(FP) if your parent has permission to stay in the UK (‘limited leave to remain’):
as a partner settling in 10 years
as a parent settling in 5 years
as a parent settling in 10 years
on the basis of their private life (10 year route)
我读了好几遍下面这句话。。。真实是没读懂。。。。。
而后我又读到下列一段话：
You can apply for limited leave to remain as a PBS Dependant if you meet the criteria set out in this
guidance and the I妹妹igration Rules and you are:
• the family member of a person with, or applying for, leave under Tier 1, 2, 4 or 5 of the Points
Based System; or
• the spouse or partner of a person with indefinite leave to remain or British Citizenship who last
held leave in Tier 1, 2, or 5 of the Points Based System and you do not yet qualify for indefinite
leave to remain; or
• the child of a person with indefinite leave to remain or British Citizenship who last held leave in
Tier 1, 2, or 5 of the Points Based System and:
o your other parent does not yet qualify for indefinite leave to remain; and
o you last held leave as PBS Dependant granted on or after 9 July 20十二.
莫非要给我孩子请求t2？由于我with indefinite leave to remain who last held leave in Tier 2? 并且照这个蓝色的话的逻辑的话，假如我能够在我换成永居之后还能给我老婆请求我以前t2的dependant签证的话，她的签证应该不会过时？
啊啊啊啊啊啊好晕啊。。。。。。究竟甚么才是正确谜底？

请问这个尽快换需求多快？我老公明年1月份就能请求永居了，十年永居，我当初是他 Tier2的dependent，我本人明年3月份能够请求十年永居，这类状况下我需求换签证么。仍是间接拖到3月份请求就行-了。
