You should have been living in the uk with settled status for at least 十二 months before your application for naturalization. The HOme Office now says that where a person has entered the uk illegally , an application for citizenship should normally be refused for a period of 10years from the date of entry to the uk if it is known. If it is not known, the period of 10years starts from the date on which the person first brought themselves to or came to the attention of the Home Office. 2.You must not have been in breach of i妹妹igration rules during the 5-year period. 1.请求入籍前最少十二个月需求是pr的身份，假如你不法进入，10年内没戏。假如不知道你啥时分不法出境的，那就从home office啥时分知道你不法出境日后数10年内都没戏。
2.必需5年内没违反移民法。假如请求前10年内有没讲演给 home office你签证状况或者不法任务的，那都没戏。
