孩子在父亲转永居前在英国出世。
请问这类状况下孩子能够请求入籍吗？
上面的guide好像写的是父母单方都得永居，然而不是很肯定，请高人指导。
Section 1 (3) - A child born in the UK whose parents are not British citizens and were not settled in the UK (see page 6) will have an entitlement to register when their parents become settled in the UK or become British citizens.
Section 1 (3A) - A child born in the UK on or after 13 January 2010 whose parents are not born British citizens and were not settled in the UK will have an entitlement to register if either parent becomes a member of the UK armed forces.

不是写得很明确么，只有是2010年1月13日之后出世的孩子，只有父母一方永居或入籍，孩子就能间接注册入籍

咱们给他们能打过电话，有一方拿了永居就可以给小孩管理入籍。
