下月初筹备带媳妇孩子去法国迪斯尼，签证看来曾经来不迭了。
自己是英籍，媳妇孩子是永居，看了TLS的网站，下面写明了这类状况不需求请求法国签证，然而倡议永居卡的持有者请求签证从而防止不用要的费事。咱们开车从多佛尔过海，不知道假如不签证会不会有费事？请有亲自阅历的敌人分享一下阅历，多谢多谢。
真的是时间来不迭了，否则确定会去签证，毕竟到了本国也不想找费事。

同求，5月老公和儿子去法国玩，我的也是永居，以前是要签证的，手续很简略，然而要去伦敦，省得烦，所以就给老公和儿子订了去。
假如要签证的话，最佳仍是签证去，由于咱们以前也是开车去的，法国海关就看护照皮，EU的护照不看外面，然而看到我中国护照，就看了外面。

ILR is NOT equal yo ''permanent resident card" so you still need schengen visa
Permanent resident card is only issued to family member of non-UK EU/EEA citizen.

You will need to get a visa prior to travel if your country is not listed. It needs to be applied for at the Consular Section of the German Embassy in London or the Consulate General in Edinburgh depending on your country/county of residence.

这个有用，分享给大家，也是为本人查的。不论怎么说，跟英籍配偶同行的请求简略多了，只有证实配偶瓜葛就行-了，并且是收费的。不需求事前筹备行程单，酒店预支单等，说走就走，相对于自在些。就是要跑趟伦敦，不外没事啊，就当游览购物好了:loveliness:
Does the spouse of British national with UK permanent residence need a Schengen visa to travel to France?
Your wife will need a visa in any case. Being a UK resident does not open any right to enter other EU countries. The relevant rules are described on the website of the Consulate General of France in London.There are two scenarios:
If she is travelling alone, your wife will need a regular Schengen visa (which means providing documentation about her itinerary, finances, health insurance, etc. and paying the visa fee).
If she is travelling with you, she would also need a visa but it should be issued quickly and free of charge. In that case, she would only need to prove that she is indeed your wife and that you are a British citizen, the other requirements do not apply.

去了使馆，子细问分明了，我这类状况仍旧需求签证。假如焦急能够早点去，间接请求Premium Service,无须预定，就能递资料。但愿可以帮忙有独特困扰的敌人。

3楼正解，ilr和permanent resident card是两个货色。楼主和非eea家眷拿的“永居卡”严格来讲是带有无居留限度形态的居留卡，叫BRP with Indefinate leave to remain。
所以英国人的配偶只能享用免签证费（难免办事费）的优惠，不克不及享用免签的优惠。
