年底要续配偶签，明天上UKBA网站一看，大变脸啊，貌似原来的英语证书也不克不及用了，只能去考雅思。
之前的要求写的很明晰，当初觉得不置可否，续签和新请求配偶签是一个表格吗？
求正筹备的敌人给个详解。

• As the partner of a serving member of HM Armed Forces under Appendix Armed Forces of the
I妹妹igration Rules. You must complete form FLR(AF).
• On the 10 year Partner route under Appendix FM of the I妹妹igration Rules. You must complete
form FLR(FP).
• As the partner of a person granted indefinite leave to remain in a work route, if you are currently

我老公是工签拿的PR，比来刚换了英国护照，我不克不及用这个表格吗？让看further details，链接又不存在，好水啊

楼主，我的了解是一个表格。
“Form FLR(M) must be used if you are applying for an extension of stay and your partner is:”
这个extension能够是同一种签证（如家眷配偶）的续签，也可了解为从其余签证转此种签证类型以extend stay的续签（如工签或先生签转家眷签）。
请问楼主打算原签证到期前多久去续签？我是没看到这类规则。能够提前一个月，或是三个月之内都行？

顶楼上。。。配偶的新请求和续签都是FLR(M)，永居是SET(M)

所以 配偶续签的要再考雅思吗？？英语程度只能经过参预雅思来鉴定吗？
