我家状况是这样的，我是小孩的父亲；小孩在我获取永居前在英国出世；小孩目前持有中国护照+PBS dependent 签证，往年4月到期。我是13年拿到的永居。孩子的妈妈跟孩子同样也是PBS dependent，需求4月续签。
惊闻大使馆最新政策，想求教一下各位给孩子请求永居可不成以，假如能够的话个别能够给多久？但愿过去人不惜赐教。
我知道另外一条途径是入籍+ROA；然而据说了大使馆比来政策，不到万不得已不想请求ROA。

自我解答下吧，不成以。
(e) Both of an applicant’s parents must either be lawfully settled in the UK, or being granted indefinite leave to remain at the same time as the applicant, unless:
(i) The Points Based System Migrant is the applicant’s sole surviving parent, or
(ii) The Points Based System Migrant parent has and has had sole responsibility for the applicant’s upbringing, or
(iii) there are serious and compelling family or other considerations which would make it desirable not to refuse the application and suitable arrangements have been made for the applicant’s care, or
(iv) One parent is, at the same time, being granted indefinite leave to remain as a Relevant Points Based System Migrant, the other parent is lawfully present in the UK or being granted leave at the same time as the applicant, and the applicant was granted leave as the child of a Relevant Points Based System Migrant under the Rules in place before 9 July 20十二.

孩子在出世时你还没永居，所以他是默许的中国国籍。你这类状况应该还能够先给孩子入英籍拿英国护照，而后请求中国旅行证。
