我之前帮家里人办签证的时分，发邮件问过他们一些问题。这几天又要请求了，然而恰好电脑硬盘坏了，以前的材料整个都没了。
网上也找不到邮箱地址，请问有无知道的？谢谢

本人更新一下，https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/ 这个网址去分割ukvi，签证核心曾经再也不提供征询办事了。
