拒签理由如下
You have stated that you wish to visit the United Kingdom for a period of 5 months.
You have stated that you will visit your girlfriend, who has recently accepted a position with effect from 1 May 2014. Prior to this appointment she was studing economics in the Netherlands.
You have stated that your intention is to take a few months off (June to December) to keep her company and that, during your visit; you plan to propose to her. You state that you will “Probably” head back to China for Christmas and get married. It appears that your girlfriend does not currently see her future in China and that she will remain in the United Kingdom for some considerable period of time. You state you have been together for four years and that you have been conducting a long distance relationship. In the circumstances, I am not satisfied that you would return to China following the stated length of your visit and would seek to remain in the UK to stay with her.
I also note that you resigned from your position as an Android Software Developer at the end of March after having working of them for four years. It is clear from the letter of support from your Company that you were a well respected member of the team, having been voted employee of the year in 20十一 and promoted in 20十二. I do not find it credible that, given your decision to now marry, you would leave such a stable position to spend 5 months abroad without any evidence of procuring a further position on return. I also note that you have a zero bank balance.
I am not satisfied as to your intentions in wishing to travel to the UK now. I am not satisfied that you genuinelyintend a short visit only to the UK and that you will leave the UK at the end of the visit. Furthermore, I am not satisfied that you will be maintain and acco妹妹odate yourself adequately in the UK or meet the costs of your return or onward journey from the UK. Under paragraph 41(i)(ii)(vi)(vii) of the United Kingdom I妹妹igration Rules.
I have therefore refused your application because I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet all of the requirements of the relevant Paragraph of the United Kingdom I妹妹igration Rules.

巨汗啊，言多必失的典型例子啊，甚么不应说的都被lz说了，简直没有退路了。
首先请求签证的准则就是请求甚么签证就要标明做甚么，任何visitor签证最首要之处就是标明确定会定时回来没有移民偏向，LZ倒好，间接就标明是要当前走dependent visa，并且还直接证实了拿先生签的gf也没有回国假寓的打算，这样在零碎内留了记载的话，lz的gf下次再请求任何没有lead to settlement的签证的话，也会被疑心移民偏向的。
lz当初再想以visitor身份来英国估量很难了，dependent visa的话，最佳等gf回国结婚后再请求吧，good luck

只能说lz牛鼻 办个访友签证为啥说那末多没用的。 最牛逼在于还要办depandent vis加之 你任务辞了 , 这就是显著的移民偏向啊。。。服了lz

给我个觉得这个签证官拒签算是至关有理有据。想要驳斥他/她需求下点儿工夫。
首先最容易破解地就是资金问题。这个只有有资金证实和以前到期的按期存单作为辅佐就很容易证实你的资金反对你在英国呆5个月没有任何问题。
而后是辞职。假如可能最佳找一个公司给你提供一个证实说将来你回来违心为你提供任务的证实资料，证实你5个月后回来能够有任务时机，那样时机会大一点。
最难解决的就是你移民偏向的问题。这个有点儿活结的意思。毕竟你原本有往后长时间陪伴的设法。最佳的规避的方法恐怕就是让你女敌人回来注册间接签陪伴……

说这么多干吗，原本签证也都给6个月的，就算你说一个月游览，都给6个月。。。

没想到英国签证官好靠谱，这据信写的也太当真了。彻底不是模版，而是有理有据的。
你第一次来英国，基本不应请求6个月，请求一个月就行-了。银行的问题还算有误会，但辞职也是败笔。不外我请求过六七次visitor签证，最初一次也没任务。仍是顺利过了。所以我感觉最首要的仍是钱和时间。
你能够再请求一次，一个月之内的。不外要做好筹备真只给你一个月。解释好资金短缺。并解释好职业布局。good luck！
