求教大家一个问题：我2008年8月-2010年1月是先生签证，2010年2月–20十二年2月是PSW签证，20十二年2月–2014年2月是SPOUSE VISA。也就是说我在英国曾经有呆满5年。当初SPOUSE VISA马上要到期了，我是需求先请求永居呢，仍是能够间接请求入籍？入籍与永居的请求前提和难度有差异吗？

I妹妹igration time restrictions
You must be free from i妹妹igration time restrictions when you apply for naturalisation. Unless you are married to or the civil partner of a British citizen, you should have been free from i妹妹igration time restrictions during the last 十二 months of the residential qualifying period.
If you are free from i妹妹igration time restrictions, there will probably be a stamp or sticker in your passport saying that you have indefinite leave to enter or remain or no time limit on your stay.

必需要先请求PR，拿到当前才算是free from i妹妹igration control，而后按照状况才能够入籍。
home office向来都是愈来愈greedy，越多的beuracracy就有越多的银子收，对英国人是这样，更不必说没有任何话语权的foreigners 了。。。

lz的配偶是英国人的话，拿到PR卡确当天就能请求入籍。
