有无敌人有教训，以前签证被拒上诉期间合乎请求十年永居，如何去做？
以前是T1被拒签，请求上诉，上诉期间合乎请求十年永居了，因而通知了法庭更改了请求签证类型了，法庭来信了撤销了上庭日期退回给了HOME OFFICE，然而奇怪的是退到了sheffiled（那里是审理T1）而不是退到liverpool（审理十年永居），是否要提示HOME OFFICE仍是要怎么做？真怕转来转去最初仍是再一次审理我的T1签证。

I don’t understand Chinese, the translation sucks too. If you message me in English, I maybe able to give you my suggestion. My girlfriend T1 was also refused and the appeal is to be held soon. Believe it or not, HO doesn’t do its job properly. They reject many, if not all visas. Some people appeal, some don’t. If you appeal , chances are you will get it, if you don’t appeal, they win. For your appeal to win, you need to satisfy major points / requirements.
