求教一下各位，我看阿谁在线请求说“The Tier 4 Student fully online application is currently undertaking a live service pilot. Please do not use this form unless you have been asked to do so by your Sponsor, at the request of their Licence Account Manager. If you are not involved in the pilot, please complete your application using the online Print and Send application process.”这是否说不是一切人均可以用这个零碎呢？那末哪些人能够用呢？谢谢哈！

更奇怪的是怎么到了选面签邮签那里竟然只能够选择面签，选了当前间接让交钱，按正常来讲应该先约时间再交钱的。无语了。。。
