想请问下假如拿到永居后想入国籍，拿到永居后何时能请求入籍？
如果往年一月请求永居，三月永居批上去，那是明年一月能请求入籍仍是三月入籍？

假如你不是英籍配偶的话
那末要求就是，在你递交入籍请求之日，必需最少曾经持有PR十二个月。当你还在等候你的永居审批后果时，你的i妹妹igration status 仍是继续为你在拿到PR以前的身份。所以3月批上去的永居，明年3月就合乎‘永居十二个月’这个要求。

I妹妹igration time restrictions
You must be free from i妹妹igration time restrictions when you apply for naturalisation. Unless you are married to or the civil partner of a British citizen, you should have been free from i妹妹igration time restrictions during the last 十二 months of the residential qualifying period.
留意入籍没有相似于永居那样的提前28天请求的说法。

假如之前没有在英国常驻的话，是2年英籍配偶签证才来到英国的话，一共在英国呆满3年才能够请求入籍：

Residential requirements
In order to demonstrate the residential requirements for naturalisation you need to:
have been resident in the United Kingdom for at least three years (this is known as the residential qualifying period); and
have been present in the United Kingdom three years before the date of your application; and
have not spent more than 270 days outside the United Kingdom during the three-year period; and
have not spend more than 90 days outside the United Kingdom in the last 十二 months of the three-year period; and
have not been in breach of the i妹妹igration rules at any stage during the three-year period.
