自己来了英国10年半了，然而去年还差5个月到十年的时分先生签证被拒签，并且还不成以上诉，最初好不易拖到律师申请下面给个上诉权，最初仍是拒了。没有方法只要走最初一条路就是请求人权，由于16岁就来了英国，10年内仅仅回去过3次。等了6个月后果仍是被拒了，凄惨啊！就是很不甘心，他们说我有移民的偏向，还说我在中国糊口了16年，家人也还都在国际，应该回去时没有问题的。问题是，他们要不要太不尊敬人啊，连home office的信都写错了，说甚么我曾经在国际糊口了33年，自己往年才26岁，居然在国际糊口了33年？？郁闷啊！当初也不知道还有甚么方法能够留上去，但愿大家给出出主张，我的律师说是没有甚么但愿了，然而我就是很不甘心，等了10年就是为了拿这个，要不我还挥霍这么多年的时间在这边做甚么。
一下是他们给我发的函件大家看一下：
The requirements of the rules state that the applicant at the date of application;
(iii)has lived continuously in the UK for at least 20 years (discounting any period of imprisonment); or
(iv) is under the age of 18 years and has lived continuously in the UK for at least 7 years (discounting any period of imprisonment ) and it would not be unreasonable to expect the
applicant to leave the UK ; or
(v) is aged 18 or above and under 25 years and has spent at least half of his life living continuously in the UK (discounting any period of imprisonment); or
(vi)is aged 18 years or above, has lived continuously in the UK for less than 20 years (discounting any period of imprisonment ) but has no ties (including social,cultural or family)
with the country to which he would have to go if required to leave the UK.
You entered the United Kingdom in 2003 and have not lived continuously in the UK for at least 20 years therefore the Secretary of State is not satisfied that you can meet the
requirements of Rule 276ADE (iii)
At the time of your application you were aged 26. You were not under the age of 18 years or aged 18 years and above and under 25 years at the time of your application and had
spent 33 years in your home country before coming to the UK therefore the Secretary of State is not satisfied that you can meet the requirements of Rule 276ADE(iv) and (v)

276ADE. The requirements to be met by an applicant for leave to remain on the
grounds of private life in the UK are that at the date of application, the applicant:
(i) does not fall for refusal under any of the grounds in Section S-LTR 1.2 to S-LTR 2.3. and S-LTR.3.1. in Appendix FM; and
(ii) has made a valid application for leave to remain on the grounds of private life in the UK; and
(iii) has lived continuously in the UK for at least 20 years (discounting any period of imprisonment); or
(iv) is under the age of 18 years and has lived continuously in the UK for at least 7 years (discounting any period of imprisonment) and it would not be reasonable to expect the applicant to leave the UK; or
(v) is aged 18 years or above and under 25 years and has spent at least half of his life living continuously in the UK (discounting any period of imprisonment); or
(vi) is aged 18 years or above, has lived continuously in the UK for less than 20 years (discounting any period of imprisonment) but has no ties (including social, cultural or family) with the country to which he would have to go if required to leave the UK.
大家主张看第一段的最初就是33 那点，我感觉我被拒的也太冤枉了。我感觉我的人权基本就没有失掉维护！
费事大家帮助看一下还有任何方法我能够留上去的吗？ 谢谢

假如楼主想靠人权留上去的话，次要是得标明你跟这边的分割，好比有孩子，男女敌人 ，密切的敌人；又或者你有甚么非在这边能力实现的事。楼主尽量的找这些瓜葛以证实你跟这边是有很强分割，这才是用人仅留在这里的重点。假如没有的话，那真没甚么方法了……

能请求上就申，请求不上拉倒，不必这么跟孙子同样求着要当英国人，人有本领在哪里都吃得开。

并且细化先人权条款关于去年7月9号后的请求，勾销了以前的14年，改为了20年，而且以18和25岁划边界，虽然33数字有误，但不影响最初论断，lz最有可能去解释本人case的根底是最初一个，但人家是要求是能证实当事人和国际曾经无家人和那边社会文明毫无分割才行，这是很难证实的。并且lz这边也似乎没有甚么强无力的分割，例如长时间任务交税，有老婆孩子等。

一切的方法都尝试了, 不行就回国了, 有家人在中国, 为何不回去呢? 你的身份是先生,学到货色拿到结业证就能了, 假寓不假寓真的不首要.

没有太大但愿，找律师也是冤枉花钱，由于你粘不上人权种别签证的任何一个边。

33不是重点，重点是上面的每一个条请求要求，你都不合乎

竟让碰上两次学校破产。。 LZ学习状况欠好？ 假如是的话，为何非要留上去啊？ 即便拿了身份，才能不敷的话在这也混欠好啊
假如真的非要留上去，有无斟酌过其余方法，好比走企业家签证？

lz这类人就不应留在英国。
典型的混学历的，最初还差5个月，不知道去找个正轨的学校去读，还想用野鸡学校混够十年。
这类人就是英国移民局重点打击的对象，没有任何翻身的可能。
假如你耐力足够，能够斟酌不法20年换永居。
