我往年1月以配偶的身份拿到永居，老公去年曾经入籍，咱们结婚曾经超3年，我来英国也超过5年。我记得原来在坛子里看见大家探讨过，这类状况不需求再等一年，能够间接入籍，不知道我有无记错。

按照英国入籍的 Residential Requirement要求，只有您在英国合法呆满3年（无要求规则这三年一定都得是配偶签证），最初一年里入境不超过90天，且3年入境总共不超过270天，即已知足寓居要求。
In order to demonstrate the residential requirements for naturalisation you need to:
have been resident in the United Kingdom for at least three years (this is known as the residential qualifying period); andhave been present in the United Kingdom three years before the date of your application; andhave not spent more than 270 days outside the United Kingdom during the three-year period; andhave not spend more than 90 days outside the United Kingdom in the last 十二 months of the three-year period; andhave not been in breach of the i妹妹igration rules at any stage during the three-year period.回帖
