当初正在填citizenship 请求表，求教有教训的MM上面这些问题应该怎么回答好呢：
1.6 Other names (Please note: Your name will be shown on your certificate so please ensure it is spelt correctly and you
have written it in the correct order. We would expect this to be the same as on your official documents.)
问题1.5是要求填SURNAME的，那这个空是否填First Name 呢？
1.36 Date and place of marriage/civil partnership
这是需求填具体的结婚注销地址吗，好比说市council register office，要不要写邮编呢？仍是简略地写结婚的城市（如London）就能了呢？
3.5 Address of tax office or tax office reference
我当初是全职任务，然而怎么知道tax office的地址呢？

是否不必打勾，仍是应该用删除线（——）把这个问题删掉，或者仍是既不必打勾也不必删除，而是留着原样呢？

1.6 就是你的first name
1.36 记得的话把地址写详细了也不妨，不分明了，能够写上是甚么中央的register office
3.5 Tax office reference 是对于你的雇主的，你应该能够在你的P60上找到，或是间接去问你们公司
6.6 表格上不是写了吗？把不合用的划掉。那你就不要打勾，把那部份划掉，或是打个大叉，不就行-了。
