lz不是曾经ilr了，不必耽心了。。。
其实ho就是四处缝补缀补了一下，一向的作风形式罢了。
5年工签请求ilr的延续要求根本就是强调了一下延续入境180天不成以甚么的。
criminality部份去掉了现在让人犯胡涂的一句话 To qualify for indefinite leave to remain the applicant must not at the date of application have any unspent convictions
改为了 does not fall for refusal under the general grounds for refusal
而后添加量化的规范为
320(2) the fact that the person seeking entry to the United Kingdom:
(a)
is currently the subject of a deportation order; or
(b)
has been convicted of an offence for which they have been sentenced to a period of imprisonment of at least 4 years; or
(c)
has been convicted of an offence for which they have been sentenced to a period of imprisonment of at least 十二 months but less than 4 years, unless a period of 10 years has passed since the end of the sentence; or
(d)
has been convicted of an offence for which they have been sentenced to a period of imprisonment of less than 十二 months, unless a period of 5 years has passed since the end of the sentence.
Where this paragraph applies, unless refusal would be contrary to the Human Rights Convention or the Convention and Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees, it will only be in exceptional circumstances that the public interest in maintaining refusal will be outweighed by compelling factors.”
简略来讲就是，没有被convicted没有被sentenced就根本不必耽心了。
