section 4-knowledge of language and life in the uk.
4.1 are you aged 18-64? 我填的是yes
if you have answered yes to 4.1 ,continue below,if answered no to 4.1,go to section5
4.3 have you and /or your partner obtained one of the relevant qualifications list in note 1 to show that you have sufficient knowledge of the english language and life in the uk?
我挑的是life in uk test
4.4 if you and /or your partner have not obtained one of the relevant qualifications ,are you claiming exemption from this requirement because a physical or other condition prevents you from taking the life in the uk test or doing an esol course ? 关于这道题有点不解，我用回答no 吗？ 假如回答的话，下面4.3我都回答我有life in uk test,这个是问你没有的状况下是甚么缘故，假如不回答的话，下面4.1 说 yest continue below , 说no go to section 5,这样了解的话，我还得回答，
不知我说的大家明不明确，请填过的帮助告知在这个section 都是怎么填的呢？

新问题，BRP reference no and BRP no 是否一个呀？卡上右上角的我确定是BRP 的NO ，那末BRP 的REFERENCE NO 是甚么呀？
