我的了解是,假如请求人在开始产假前曾经在这个单位任务超过了6个月,能够用产假之前的工资来计算你的支出,而不是用MATERNITY PAY,所以不是用你请求时包孕产假的支出。
英语好的请帮助看一下,我看了几遍都是这个意思。假如我的了解正确的话,就应该在请求时,把单位给的含日期的正式开始休产假的信也附上。
