请问最低工资是怎么算的呀？codes of practice上对于我的任务要求是：
The job must be paid the minimum salary below, which is derived either from
the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE) or, where alternative salary
data is available, from an alternative code of practice.
Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings: Yes
Other code of practice: Yes (New graduates only)
Minimum rate:
New graduate £23,000

这是说最低年薪要求是：17x40x52 = 35,360， 对吗？
结业生的23000有甚么怎么回事？从PSW转TIER2能够用这个为规范吗？
