我下礼拜要订交法国签证了。
然而行程还没肯定， 应该是再圣诞期间。
所以想求教下 能够定eurostar的Business Premier & Fully flexible的来回车票。
而后等签证完在勾销吗？
这样能够失掉full refund吗到时？
