父母拿了2年的投亲签证。然而听敌人说，当初规则在英国呆180天后要回国呆超过180蠢才能回来?是这样吗？

不是当初规则，而是很久之前就是了。。。。
简略说就是十二个月中在英时间的累计时间不得超过6个月

还有关于在填请求父母投亲签证的人，填表会遇到问题 选 6个月 1年 仍是2年
不是说 你选择了2年就能在英国呆两年 而是 只能在英国延续呆6个月 而后入境 6个月 再回来 两年期间 每一年在英国至多在6个月。

A 2 year visit visa does not mean you are entitled to stay in the UK for 2 years, for example.
