爸妈7月份来加入结业仪式，十二岁的表妹（小姨的孩子）有方法跟来吗？
我查过以前的帖子，根本有两种说法：
能够，需求一份公正亲戚瓜葛的文件；不成以，必需是直系亲属费事有教训的同窗们确认一下
假如是2，能否办其余签证吗？ 儿童拜候？ 游览签证？ 十二岁没有监护人陪同不知好办否？

小姨的孩子指的是你妈妈的亲mm的孩子？假如是的话，那就算是你的 first cousin，那是能够算在投亲拜候的，和你爸妈待遇同样。下列是UK Border Agency网上摘抄上去的详细定义。
The following are defined as family:
1.your spouse, father, mother, son, daughter, grandfather, grandmother, grandson, granddaughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece or first cousin (note: “first cousin” means, in relation to a person, the son or daughter of his uncle or aunt);
2.your spouse’s father, mother, brother or sister;
3.the spouse of your son or daughter;
4.your stepfather, stepmother, stepson, stepdaughter, stepbrother or stepsister; or
5.a person with whom you have lived as a member of an unmarried couple for at least two of the three years before the day on which your application for entry clearance was made.
