让你寄回去补资料的就是面签转寄签了，等的时间和寄签同样，然而个别来讲，转过来的会比正常寄签会快一些，会优先处置。但不是100%包管的
这个和你把资料寄到哪里没无关系，一切资料都是寄到那里，而后再调配给各个中央的case worker的
