2003年7月15日，一签： 到嘉里已经12：00，没到星巴克，直奔21楼，已经排了20多人了，验护照，过安检，进去再排，等到交复印件及505元的时候，已经13：20了。交复印件的时候，我把IM2A及IM2S一起交了，不过收件 的先生把IM2S扔了出来，不需要!--然后就是焦心的等待，电视上放的是角斗士的无声电影，根本没心思去看。15日下午的人很多，从8号窗口到17号全开了。喇叭叫人的声音还很清晰。无休无止的等，直到15：30，“XXX，到16号窗口”，心一颤。
--敲了两下门，进入16号门，VO是一位35岁左右的男士，很瘦，旁边没有翻译。(M=ME,V=VO)

--i have mastered nearly all theories and skills of international trade,
and this is a knowledge explosion time, i want to keep competitive in the fields of business and management, and i want to excavate my potential.
--e-business is the tendency of the companies, especially in china.
--china is in shortage of personnels with e-business knowledge and skills
--the ealier i master this knowledge, the more chances i will get

You are able to follow the course
BECAUSE:
The course you propose to study is widely available in China, leads to the same qualification at a significantly cheaper cost and you cannot satisfactorily explain why you do not undertake the course here. You only stated that it would be 3 years instead of one.
The cost of your is to be borne by your parents, you are however a person of independent means who has been working for 5 years. I am not satisfied that this increased financial outlay is commensurate with their current economic circunstance and such funds will actually be available to you in UK. Therefore, i am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you are to meet the cost of course and maitain and accommodate yourself without resourse to employment or oublic funds.
While I am satisfied that your language skills are proficient enough to study in UK, I am not satisfied that you have the required educational requirements to undertake the course of study stated.

一进门,就看到将近一半的我的复印件放在我和VO之间的玻璃口处,不知是何意.

V: does china has no this course?
M: china has, but most universities only provide the e-business course in undergraduate level but not postgraduate level. i can provide the certificates(准备拿出我在网上找的证据).
V: (好像对我的解释满意了,而不再需要什么证据) no, you needn't. when did you graduate?
M: in 1993, oh, no no no, in 1997.

M: university graduation diploma.(没问我为什么没有学士学位).

M: about 250,000 yuan.(可能我理解错了.她问的是营业额, 我答的是诊所全年的净利润,除了我父亲得的20万,另两个受雇医生共得5万).

you are able to meet the costs of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to employment or public funds.
BECAUSE:
The cost of your tuition, maintenance and accommodation is to be borne by your parents. you have stated that the income of your father's business is around 250,000 RMB per year and that your father takes a salary of 220,000 RMB. I do not find it credible that your father's income would be this high taking into account the business' turnover and i am therefore not satisfied that your father's income has not been inflated for the purpose of this application and that sufficient funds will be available for you study in the uk.
----现在有个问题，就是我能否去三签，也就是说我是否有资格去三签? (因为VO在拒签信里提到了Credible和inflated这两个词)，这和假材料无关吧!请各位出出主意!
----本来我父亲年收入22万是包阔营业收入20万和退休金2万的，但拒信里却认为22万全是营业收入了，这是否影响再签?解释解释就可以吧?
----还有就是MY FATHER’S BUSINESS 是营业额而不是收入吧!如果这样，我就误解VO了，再签解释是否可以?
----我说“I WILL FE FUNDED BY MY PARENTS AND MYSELF”， 可拒信只说BY PARENTS， 搞不懂!
我有本科毕业证，但没有学士学位，申请学校时学校并没有提出质疑，因为我有几年的工作经验嘛，而且我的成绩单很好，GPA在83分，所以拿到了UNCONDITIONAL OFFER。
我去年一签面谈时签证官问我了这个问题，我解释为：我大学期间专业课成绩非常好(有成绩单为证)，但我没有通过英语4级(CET-4)，按学校有关规定，我没拿到学士学位，但我毕业后认识到英语的重要性，狠学英语，并通过了IELTS。然后拒签信上有一条是：While I am satisfied that your language skills are proficient enough to study in UK, I am not satisfied that you have the required educational requirements to undertake the course of study stated。
去年二签时没涉及到这个问题。
我后来回学校的系里(而不是教务处)开了个证明信：该生专业课成绩很好，但在校期间没有通过英语6级(CET-6)，按学校有关规定，不能颁发学士学位。
我在琢磨是否在三签递材料时把系里开的证明信递上去，我分析了利弊：
利：--签证官看到了有红印的证明材料，有可能不会直接拒我。否则可能直接拒我。
--这也算是我三签时的补充材料。
弊：--证明信上写的是6级没过，而我一签时说是4级没过，二者不一致。
--证明信是系里开的，正常应该是教务处开吧?
--如果电调到教务处，倒不是假的，就是怕和系里说的不一样
--如果提供了证明信，是不是反倒使签证官把注意力引到这上面来，撞到枪口上了;但若不提供，我在 VAF和学生问卷上的学历栏里也只能填毕业证啊，况且一签时涉及到这个，好像也不行。
我想如果不提供证明信，只自己解释能否可以?如果提供，那么在学生问卷第一栏学历栏里是否还要说明：GRADUATION DIPLOMA; I HAVE NO BACHELOR DEGREE，PLEASE SEE THE REASON ON THE LETTER OF CERTIFICATE......
