原先自住的一套房子往外出租了一间,这个lodger也跟咱们住了好多年,所以搬迁之后为了关照她,咱们本人住的两个房间又找了两个租客,我也知道实际上其实不比整租省事也没多少个钱。然而搬迁的时分焦急忙慌也没多想,当初收到council的信,要求我请求HMO牌照。
当初后悔也曾经晚了,快被本人蠢哭。想问一下还有甚么拯救的方法没有,假如我当初让房客都搬走,还会被起诉罚款吗?council会来反省屋宇吗?这类状况个别会被罚多少钱呢…

What to do now:
If you are the landlord or manager of the above property, you will need to make a valid licence application within 14 days of this letter to prevent further action being taken against you.
Please note that it is an offence to fail to licence a privately rented HMO which is subject to licensing under the Housing Act 2004. Failing to licence your property may result in the issue of a financial penalty notice or prosecution action being instigated.
