比来想搞一下公开室。原本只是一个狭长的索道，当初想扩展成两个大的房间再加之一个洗手间。找了好几家来报价，根本上都要八九万。即便只搞过道的部份，而不扩展到全部地基上面，也需求两万出头。然而有一家给我的报价竟然是全部地基上面全搞不到两万。我总觉得这个价钱有文章。并且由于我家的房子是mid-terrace，其它人都说要party wall agreement，然而这家说这个也不需求。大家来看看这个报价究竟能有甚么文章？我知道资料费用确定是不包孕的。
This quote is for the following works to take place
● Get still calculations from structural engineer and push through building
control, fit steels to hold up ground floor
● Remove all piers and existing retaining walls and blinding dirt into skips
● Concrete floor so it is all the same level, fireboard all steels, plasterboard
the rest of the celling
● All plumbing works for bathroom and electrics for lights and sockets,
that will come with its own certificate
● Plasterboard all existing walls, make stud wall for bathroom and then
tape and join all plasterboard joints
● Insulate and timber floor over the concrete floor, second fix electrics and
plumbing, install bathroom suit
● Then paint the existing room and fit new stair case
This work should take no longer than 5 weeks.
