律师只给我发了份Letter to client confirming completion - Purchase - Headed.pdf, 只要一页。 没有signed的contract的吗?

这个应该是你在completion 以前就去签了啊?文件也不会改了

我确定签了啊。问题是我没有拿到seller signed的contract。。。

律师回覆来了:Further to your enquiry we do not currently hold any ‘seller-signed documentation’ as this is with the other solicitors and we are not able to give this out. You will however receive a copy of the title plan once registered which outlines you are the new registered owner.
This property is now completed so legally this is your property and binding in law.
跟国际的做法不太同样是吧?

反正我是甚么文件都没收到。就一个电话告知你completion实现,能够拿或者交钥匙。
交付以前会发一个completion statement给你,要转多少钱给律师。
Deed/Land registry个别过段日子会邮件给你。

原本就纷歧样啊,跟国际彻底纷歧样,国际交易房子有几个请律师的。

有个Letter confirmation曾经是Bonus了,个别就是一个email,或者律师一个电话确认就完事。重点是律师次要是注册律师,就应该没甚么问题。

我是电话通知后,还有个邮件祝贺。
几天之后还收到一封邮件,两张单子,买房和卖房各自的收入。最初把钱分两次打到我账上。
