第一,最少中国先生不会斟酌这类教堂式的吧,第二延期倒是问题不大,第三写是这么写,仍是能够砍的,这个价钱有多是房东降过价的了, 不外相似先生公寓未来出手觉得会不太容易,单纯收房钱这整栋的想逃税估量很难,去掉税收益可能会大大折扣

Is it Grade II listed? If so find out about service charge (and what it covers) as well as insurance (if not included).
Some lenders don’t like Grade listed building but others wouldn’t mind.
Transportation links is vital for rental properties.
If you’re going to let it out, be careful when choosing tenants. The interior of some (edit: grade listed) buildings need to be kept at a certain standard and student tenants are not famous for being responsible.
We never took on students partially because of this as we don’t have much time and energy to deal with potential problems/damages. (no offence to students, this is just how we were advised by our estate agents).
