有个房子的home report上写着The property is constructed of a non traditional form of construction and is known as a Whitson Fairhurst house type. This type of house has been registered as defective under the Housing Defects Act and is not suitable for normal mortgage lending purposes. This type of property is suitable for cash purchases only.
请问讲演上这样写了还有可能拿到存款吗？真的很喜爱这个房子，惋惜没有全款。

假如不想保持那就找银行的mortgahe adviser征询吧。

应该是战后盖的那些水泥预制板的房子，这类房子个别不给存款的，由于预制板寿命无限并且抗震之类的才能差，一旦出问题了根本上没法象砖瓦房那样修理。所以银行根本上不给存款，由于屋宇保险也很难买到。

当前也会很难卖吧，只能等CASH BUYER接手

根本很难！之前Bank of Scotland 做，当初他家也不承受了。
