想请问国际父母汇过去的钱一定要在这边的银行存最少3个月吗？

没有这个规则，然而要证实这个钱是从父母那里来的。咱们过后提供了父母的退职证实及贷款证实。

I did exactly the same but did not have the 3 months restriction at all.
there were however 2 checks i had to go through:
Bank: IF the sum exceed a certain amount (you need to check with the bank on the limit) once the money is transferred to UK, the bank will retain it for 7 days so they can verified its source to prevent money laundering. After that they will release the fund and you can do whatever you want
Mortgage provider: if you still need to get a mortgage to buy the house and use the money from your parents for the deposit (it will show up on your 3 months bank statement), the bank will require a signed letter from your parent to declare that no repayment required and no interest will be levied on the money they gave you (They bank needs this to confirm your affordability).

不需求，然而要有父母這些資金的來源，譬如按期贷款單，工資單＋銀行流水帳 之類等等
