比来看上一个公寓，然而外部有些out dated,尤为厨房洗手间需求创新，洗手间只要淋雨没有bath,想装个bath,而后bath里放个淋浴，厨房应该需求整个从新弄包罗一切的appliance,全部flat里一切的壁纸去掉从新粉刷，地毯想整个换成木地板，还有就是一切窗户想换成旧式的double glaze,目前是老式的，边框是木制的那种，一切的货色只需差未几耐用就好，由于是为了出租的。房子的格式我贴了下去。苹果上牛人多，就想在这问问这样的话大略估算是多少，工期需求多久，假如有不错的装修公司能保举就更好啦。房子在市场一阵子了没人给offer,打算利用这个砍砍价

需求换窗户啊，听说假如是flat需求跟council请求planning permit，坐等楼主换窗户的教训

门窗4K估算，其他装修部份，资料人工估算在25K.此外工期在6周。

re: replacing windows, different council has different policy so its not 100% if you need plannig permit. Your best bet is to actually ask the ppl upstairs if they need planning permit to replace windows.
another quick observation: you should actually measure the size of the bathroom and plan the new bathroom layout first; typical UK bath tub is is 1.7m long, looking on your plan, it looks like the basin could get in the way so you will need to move it as well but you may not have enough space to fit everything (there is no bathroom dimension on teh plan so i cannot check for you).

假如只为了出租，是不是有须要改bath呢？我感觉只要淋浴曾经能够了。
