比来买了一个1 bed flat在伦敦2区。次要需求的工程包罗
-厨房 3mx3m： 推到厨房和客厅的墙； 厨房从新tiling, 去除一切existing cabinets and appiances， 新做一个L shaped kitchen, 新的sink, dish washer, washing machine, 可能要移动oven和hobs的地位
厕所3mx2m：tiling, 新的toilet, bathtub, sink, shower screen, backsplash, caninet, electronic towel rail-卧室4mx3m 新的carpeting
请问大家有无好的builder能够保举， 或者知道每个房间大略多少人工费用？ 原资料咱们本人买
