这个房子是1960s的,也加盖过。虽然护理的很好,然而仍是有得多condition2的方面,特别是不少石棉资料
求教大神们重大吗?我需求在替换合同以前让seller把石棉资料换掉?仍是需求按期护理?仍是不论?

Limited redecoration is now required to the property. The soffit boarding to the front
elevation is, however, in need of redecoration. Condition Rating 2.
The soffit boarding to the original structure is possibly of asbestos cement sheet boarding.
Asbestos fibres (if disturbed) are a safety hazard. If any work is undertaken to this boarding
or it is removed a Specialist contractor who is used to working with such materials should
be employed. (See Section J3).
The ceilings to the property are of sheet plasterboard construction mainly finished with a
stipple effect paint. The ceilings were physically examined and found to have generally
good adhesion to the backings.
The stipple effect paint to the original structure may have an asbestos fibre content
present. Asbestos fibres (if disturbed) are a safety hazard. If any work is undertaken to the
stipple effect paint or if it is removed a Specialist contractor who is used to working with
such materials should be employed.

好像除了2000年当前建的房子彻底不存在失眠问题之外,一切老房子少数的讲演都会写个possible有石棉。我以为无需耽心。

犯不着冒这个险吧, 由于构造性的楼板及天花板浮雕式的油漆都有可能含有石棉纤维物资, 雖然当这些石棉纤维在不乱的形态下是不会发生风险, 但在不不乱的形态下,例如油漆零落或楼板折断就会引至石棉尘沉没于空中. 人體吸人这些石棉尘是会引致癌症的, 因此最佳仍是待卖家清走一切石棉物资後才买吧. 并且因为属构造性资料. 恐怕费用也會微小.

这些个别性的丈量讲演真实要不得, 用一些字例如possibly, may之类的词句十分误导(misleading).
你能够要求卖家或者自行领取大量金钱做一个石棉检测讲演, 英文叫Asbestos abatement report, 即会有确定的后果.
