律师发了些货色給我,中介和賣家，大略是下列问题:
the Landlord’s agents have disclosed in their re-sale packs that they both charge fees to attend to the administration and change over of the title deeds into your name. In my opinion there is an element of duplication here. This seems unfair. On completion I have to provide a fee of £240.00 to Trinity who manage the service charges and a fee of £340.00 to Estates Management who collect the Ground Rent. These are particularly high so I wanted to give you advance notice.

这个没方法的，买leasehold就是这么费事，遇到要价很高的property 的management company 没有方法，我过后买的时分付了你这个开帐户费的，卖得时分也付了re-sale pack的

甚么也没做，由于是阿谁公司办理，这个就是你必需交的钱
开帐户的注册费是一次性的
阿谁re-sale package不是一次性的，你假如remortgage用不同的银行，你每次都得交
