中介保举了俩， broker 保举了一个， 看总价的话还有professional fee似乎是broker保举的对比廉价。 然而报价的条目价钱甚么的都各纷歧样，我也不知道选 哪一个好了。

最廉价的阿谁是broker保举的 可是我看大家都说最佳选中介保举的，并且也不知道会不会前面又减少其余费用，哎呀，好纠结

开始会签一个合同 无关费用的。律师的钱是不会加的。然而假如卖家需求你cover 他们已付的service charge 之类的 就会有变化。 我感觉律师要选好的，中介提供的话他们能够帮你一同催律师， 我感觉律师的钱不克不及省
