中介保举了俩, broker 保举了一个, 看总价的话还有professional fee似乎是broker保举的对比廉价。 然而报价的条目价钱甚么的都各纷歧样,我也不知道选 哪一个好了。

开始会签一个合同 无关费用的。律师的钱是不会加的。然而假如卖家需求你cover 他们已付的service charge 之类的 就会有变化。 我感觉律师要选好的,中介提供的话他们能够帮你一同催律师, 我感觉律师的钱不克不及省
