Halifax的存款。无效期6个月。当初我是mortgage agreed in principle.但房子是on chain的。可能六个月买卖不了。这样是不是还要从新花钱在做mortgage application 和house valuation ?

从新请求吧，我家也是有mortgage in principle，当初状况有变又要从新请求了{:5_134:}赶紧约mortgage advisor吧，我家这边的halifax最快也要两周当前

请教各位大牛，所以有六个月无效期的只是agreement in principle? 他人告知我说假如我买off plan应该complete前六个月就应该请求mortgage，那指的是这个吗？仍是正式的mortgage offer自身也有六个月的无效期？
