这不就是卖块没有车路抵达的荒地吗(does not presently have vehicular access to the site),并且假如这地要被开发的话要还给买主(Please note a clawback will be applied in the event the land is subject to any form of development.)

在 green belt 里的地块个别人简直没无机会开发。
楼主假如真要买地块本人盖房子的话,买地的时分看看价钱和面积就知道了。 个别伦敦至少也要20万吧,能买一块150平方米的地皮,带布局许可的。 不带布局许可然而有后劲变卦地块用处的至少也要10万以上。
假如你看到1Acr以上的不到5万的地块,间接不必想了, 用来种菜挺好,盖房没戏。

说到卖地,我一起事几年前在surbiton花30万买了个Cottage,带个正面的长花园。她把花园划出三分之二,花了一年时间万把块找人设计个排房,搞到plan permission, 把这块地卖了30几万。而后又由于换任务把本人的住的房子卖了50万,一来一回三四年的功夫赚了半个米!
